Gina Andrews on Inspire Me Today

Gina Andrews was featured as one of the luminaries on Inspire Me Today.  Gail Goodwin created this site in hopes to encourage and motivate others by interviewing dynamic people.  These luminaries share their outlook on life through experiences and life changing events.

I had the opportunity to spend a week with Gail on our big blogger’s trip down to Rancho La Puerta, Tecate Baja California, Mexicon in February 2010.  I shared with Gail my experience with breast cancer and she asked me to be one of her luminaries.  I am very honored and humbled that she even asked me.  Please read my luminary at Inspire Me Today.

From Surviving To Thriving – Upcoming Telesummit

Gina Andrews, founder of SaveRBoobies, said she’s never once questioned why she got breast cancer at the young age of 31. Instead, she recognized her calling through her journey with the disease, and now strives to help other women who have been diagnosed with breast cancer.

Andrews will be speaking at the “From Surviving to Thriving” telesummit featuring survivors who have turned their diagnosis into opportunity.

Life after breast cancer can be a hard transition for any survivor, but SaveRBoobies is always doing their part to make that move easier, said Andrews.

In a continued effort to support breast cancer survivors, Andrews will be speaking at the free “From Surviving to Thriving” telesummit on April 20th.

“I am so honored to have been chosen as one of the breast cancer speakers at the upcoming ‘From Surviving to Thriving’ telesummit,” Andrews said.

The 5-day telesummit starts on April 19th and will end on April 23rd. Anyone can attend the telesummit from the comfort of your own home, simply by registering and calling in each night.

The telesummit features speakers nightly for five nights, bringing you eight inspirational stories of women who understand what you are going through, whether you’ve just been diagnosed, or are a survivor yourself.

“I think how these women have battled through breast cancer and what they are doing today to thrive after the disease will be inspiring to everyone,” Andrews said.

Gina Andrews says she will share her story from a misdiagnosis at the age of 28 to finally being diagnosed with breast cancer at age 31, just six days after the birth of her first child.

“I hope my story and my work helping other survivors will inspire everyone to overcome their trials and flourish from them,” Andrews said.

Gina Andrews in the Sacramento Bee News…

Galvanic-Spa-Machine-ImageI was honored to share my beauty secret with the Sacramento Bee.  A friend of mine introduced me to this home beauty device back in September 2009 because I was complaining to her I wanted to age gracefully without having to do surgery.  I also mentioned to her that my hair wasn’t growing in as thick as it used to be prior to my chemotherapy treatments.

So she finally decided to tell me about her beauty secret - the Galvanic Spa System II from Nu Skin.  First, let me tell you about my friend.  She is in her 50’s and she looks like she is in her early 40’s.  Her skin is flawless and dresses very stylish for her age.   She told me it was a hand held home device that uses low positive and negative current to absorb skin care products deep down underneath the dermis.  The company developed patent anti-aging skin, hair, and body productsto literally erases fine lines, wrinkles, cellulite, tighten skin, and increase hair growth.  After only 10 minutes of treatment, you see instant results.

So I was very intrigued, especially about the hair growth system they have.  Thought I would see what this machine can do.  After a 10 minute half face demo, I instantly saw a difference from the treated side versus the un-treated side.  So I thought I would buy it and try it out.  I then decided to try their hair system.  After 2 months of using their hair system every other day, I started seeing new hair growing in.

When I shared my story with Leigh Grogan at the Sacramento Bee, she was excited to learn more about the product as well.  She then interviewed my breast cancer survivor friend who was using the product – Judy Martinez, and my 50 something year old friend – Dolores Mouras.  I’ve been sharing my beauty secret with all of my survivor friends.

E-mail me at: info@saverboobies.com for more information or for purchase.
